Important Shipping Update: Canada Post Strike Notice

What is happening?

We are writing to inform you about a potential disruption to Canada Post services that may impact the delivery of your online orders. The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) could initiate strike action as early as Friday, May 23rd, which may lead to delays in shipping. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

What are we doing?

To ensure your orders are delivered without delay, we are transitioning all unfulfilled orders to UPS or Purolator for delivery. We are also updating our checkout page to reflect this change. You can continue to expect the same reliable service and timely delivery.

When placing your order, please keep the following shipping requirements in mind:

• A valid street address is required for all deliveries.
• UPS and Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
• APO and FPO addresses are not accepted.

Additional Information

Orders Not Yet Shipped: If your order has not yet been picked up by Canada Post, we will automatically switch it to an alternative shipping carrier to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.

Orders Already Shipped with Canada Post: If your order has already been picked up by Canada Post and is currently in their network, it may unfortunately experience delays until the strike situation is resolved. We understand this is frustrating and appreciate your patience. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

We are committed to getting your orders to you efficiently. Once the Canada Post strike is resolved and their services return to normal, we will resume using Canada Post as our primary shipping option.
