What is happening?

Canada Post is currently on strike, and service disruptions are now in full effect. This impacts deliveries handled by Canada Post and may delay some orders already in their network.

What are we doing?

We are continuing to ship orders without interruption by using Purolator for delivery. All unfulfilled orders are being transitioned to Purolator, and our checkout has been updated to reflect this change. You can continue to expect reliable service and timely delivery.

When placing your order, please note:

• A valid street address is required for all deliveries.
• Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
• APO and FPO addresses are not accepted.

Additional Information

Orders Not Yet Shipped: If your order has not been picked up by Canada Post, we will automatically switch it to Purolator to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Orders Already Shipped with Canada Post: If your order is already in the Canada Post network, it may experience delays until the strike is resolved. We appreciate your patience and will continue to monitor the situation closely.
