Shipping Policy

We do not offer expedited shipping or shipping with other carriers.Orders placed by 9pm PST will go out the same day or the next day, we ship Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 9pm on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.  

Due to our fast processing rates orders placed with an incomplete or invalid address will automatically be canceled and refunded.Free shipping is not honored with price reduced E-juice and hardware. Free shipping on orders $50.00 CAD applies to Canada only.Free shipping on orders $100.00 CAD applies to USA only.

Free Shipping

Orders that are sent to Canada with free shipping are processed through Canada Post Expedited Shipping. For orders sent to Canada, we offer free shipping on order over $50 CAD and for orders sent to the US, we offer free shipping over $100 CAD. 


Orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria above will incur a $10 flat rate shipping to Canada and $20 flat rate to USA. We offer express shipping with all of our orders to Canada. $20 flat rate for orders under $50 CAD and $10 for orders over $50 CAD.

Tracking Information

Canada Post tracking information may take up to 24 hours before any status is shown. At times, you may experience your tracking showing "It has inducted by Canada Post" This simply states that Canada Post has scanned the package and does not always determine the movement of the package whereabouts. 


Express Shipping shipments are shipped through Canada Post XpressPost. The estimated times based on region. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Note: We do not refund shipping for packages delivered after the estimated date.  

ID Verification Upon Delivery

With every package sent out, we pay for have the signature and ID verification via Canada Post to ensure the end user is 19+ of age. We absolutely do not deal or tolerate with minors who order from our website. Orders returned to us due to the age restriction will incur a 50% RESTOCKING FEE

UNDERAGE PURCHASES

Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a 50% restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

Once Lucky 8 Vapes has handed the package over to Canada Post, it is their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit contact Canada Post directly.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to North America.We will ship Batteries or E-Liquid at your own risk, there is a chance they will be confiscated. We are not responsible in this scenario.You are responsible for any duties/custom fees. If your package is held in customs you will have to wait for it to be released.

Lost packages

In the event you feel confident the package has been lost, you can file a claim directly through Canada Post with their Customer Service numbers indicated above.If the package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please check with your neighbors or postman. Once the package shows delivered to the confirmed address we have on file for you there is not much we can do on our end and do recommend you to file a claim with your local post office.

Return to Sender Packages

Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused will incur a 20% restocking fee, as well as the shipping postage paid for shipping the items to you will be deducted to the refunded amount.


Customers are always responsible for cost of shipping returned items. Packages will need to be returned to sender before we can refund or ship ship out again. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.
