We do not offer expedited shipping or shipping with other carriers.

Orders placed by 12pm PST will go out the same day, we ship Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday. 

Due to our fast processing rates orders placed with an incomplete or invalid address will automatically be canceled and refunded.

Free shipping is not honored with price reduced E-juice and hardware. Free shipping on orders $100.00 CAD or more applies to U.S and Canada only. 

Tracking information

Canada Post tracking information may take up to 24 hours before any status is shown. At times, you may experience your tracking showing "It has inducted by Canada Post" This simply states that Canada Post has scanned the package and does not always determine the movement of the package whereabouts. 

For Priority Packages

1, 2, or 3 day delivery dates for Priority Mail shipments are estimated times based on region. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Note: We do not refund shipping for  packages delivered after the estimated date.  

ID Verification Upon Delivery

With every package sent out, we pay for have the signature and ID verification via Canada Post to ensure the end user is 19+ of age. We absolutely do not deal with minors.

Delivery delays

Once Lucky 8 Vapes has handed the package over to Canada Post, it is their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit contact Canada Post directly.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship International.

We will ship Batteries or E-Liquid at your own risk, there is a chance they will be confiscated. We are not responsible in this scenario.

You are responsible for any duties/custom fees. If your package is held in customs you will have to wait for it to be released. All prices are listed in CAD, USD, GBP and EUR. 

Lost packages

In the event you feel confident the package has been lost, you can file a claim directly through Canada Post with their Customer Service numbers indicated above.

If the package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please check with your neighbors or postman. Once the package shows delivered to the confirmed address we have on file for you there is not much we can do on our end and do recommend you to file a claim with your local post office.  

Return to sender Packages

Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused will incur a 20% restocking fee, or the customer will need to pay for the shipping fee to resend the package. Customers are always responsible for cost of shipping returned items. Packages will need to be returned to sender before we can refund or ship ship out again.
