Orders must be fulfilled before 3 pm PST to qualify for same-day delivery, any orders placed after or on a holiday will be done the next business day. Recipients must be 19+ and provide valid ID upon delivery; failure to meet age requirements incurs a 50% restocking fee and non-refundable delivery fees. Missed deliveries are refunded minus delivery costs or can be picked up to avoid penalties.
