returns & WARRANTY

 Warranty Policy

Please review the full coverage of our warranty policy. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be authorized at our discretion. Customers are able return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible any shipping costs. Shipping charges are non refundable and non creditable. Customers will be charged with our original shipping fee for unopened or unused items.We do not typically accept refunds and exchanges on e-juices unless due to our error. Important: Once you have been approved for a return, you have 30 days to return the item(s). After the 30 days we are unable to take the item back. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require the original box and/or packing the defective product(s) came in.

 Clearance Items

Due to the low prices of clearance items there will be no returns, refunds or warranties on these items. Items under Lucky Deals or Price Reduced Items are considered clearance items.Our “30-Day Warranty” is applied on the day the customer’s items are delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable/creditable. 

 DOA, Missing, or Wrong Item Claims

Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving your order. For “Dead on Arrival” (DOA), missing, or wrong item(s), notify us through e-mail within 48 hours. You can contact our customer service by email at info@lucky8vapes.com with the order number and the description of the problem. For DOA and wrong items we will send you a pre-paid return label. It is your responsibility to check within 48 hours. If no notification is received by this time period, the order will be deemed correct and you are satisfied with your order. 

 What is not covered by our warranty?

• Does NOT cover e-liquids, atomizers(coils), tanks, rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, drip tips, coils, or any other accessories on the device itself 

• Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair 

• Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse 

• Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating.

• Damage or failure caused from improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage. (See usage manual for operating instruction’s) 

• Loss or damage due to missing components 

• Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush) 

• Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues) of the product are also not covered in the warranty 

• Rattling or sticky buttons 

• The product has been modified in anyway 

• Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product 

• Exceeding the warranty period 

 What is covered by our warranty?

• LED Display goes out 

• Charging port stops working 

• Battery unit turns off while taking a hit 

• Unit auto fires 

• Chip functions improperly 


Some products will have minor flaws and is expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange an item if it’s defective. 

 Restocking Fee

Customers will be charged our original shipping fee on returns/exchanges. This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier. Returns and exchanges will be made in the form of Store Credit, and will be added to your account. Please be aware that if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you, no credit will be given and the package will be returned to the customer. 


Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused will incur a 20% restocking fee, as well as the shipping postage paid for shipping the items to you will be deducted to the refunded amount.


Customers are always responsible for cost of shipping returned items. Packages will need to be returned to sender before we can refund or ship ship out again. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase. Any questions regarding international orders should contact our sales.


We process all of our shipments with a 19+ age requirement. Any packages returned to us due to a customer being under 19 will be charged our original shipping fee as well as any shipping costs will NOT be refunded.  UNDERAGE PURCHASES

Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a 50% restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

 Refund/Store Credit

All refunds and exchanges are issued as a store credit in the means of a discount code or a gift card. When the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition. Credit will be issued to the Lucky 8 Vapes account used to make the purchase within 10 business days.

 Out Of Stock Items

For out of stock items in your order they will be refunded to your card used to make the purchase. We will process the refund within a 24 hour period on our end. 


Your bank may take up to 72 hours to put the funds back on your card, and the time may vary depending on your bank.We check all information on our website very carefully. However, if any occasional error occurs, we reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
