We offer same-day delivery within a 15 km radius of our Richmond and Cambie locations:

Age Verification Upon Delivery

Our delivery service requires that the recipient be 19+ years old. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery to verify age. Orders returned due to age restrictions will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, and the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed and returned to us, you will be refunded the order total minus the cost we paid for the delivery fee. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up the item at our location to avoid any refund penalties.

Tracking Information

Tracking information for your order will be sent via SMS. To receive tracking updates, please ensure you provide your phone number at checkout. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery and be prepared for its arrival.
