How does Same-Day Delivery Work?

We offer same-day delivery within a 40 km radius of our Richmond and Cambie locations:

Richmond Location: 8040 Anderson Road, Richmond, BC
Cambie Location: 2931 Cambie St, Vancouver, BC

Orders must be fulfilled before 12 pm PST to qualify for same-day delivery, any orders placed after or on a holiday will be done the next business day. To check if your address is within our delivery area, please refer to the coverage map below as a guideline. If your area is outside of our 40 km catchment, the local delivery option will not show at checkout.

Same-day delivery is subject to item availability at our store locations. To qualify for same-day delivery, all items in your order must be available at a single location. The shipping origin is determined based on store inventory, and fulfillment will occur from the nearest location where your complete order is in stock. If items are spread across multiple locations, same-day delivery may not be available.

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

Our delivery service requires that the recipient be 19+ years old. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery to verify age. Orders returned due to age restrictions will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, and the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Missed Deliveries

Customers must be available to receive the delivery in person. If a delivery is missed and returned to us, you will be refunded the order total minus the cost we paid for the delivery fee. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up the item at our location to avoid any refund penalties.

Tracking Information

Tracking information and the delivery PIN to receive your order will be sent via SMS. To receive tracking updates, please ensure you provide your phone number at checkout. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery and be prepared for its arrival.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
