How Same-Day Delivery Works

Lucky 8 Vapes offers same-day delivery within a 40 km radius of the following store locations:

• Richmond Location: 8040 Anderson Road, Richmond, BC
• Cambie Location: 2931 Cambie St, Vancouver, BC

Orders must be placed and fulfilled before 12 pm PST to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on holidays, or outside business hours will be delivered on the next business day.

If your address falls outside our delivery radius, the local delivery option will not appear at checkout.

Item Availability & Fulfillment

Same-day delivery is subject to item availability at our store locations. To qualify:

• All items in your order must be available at a single store location
• The shipping origin is determined by inventory availability
• Fulfillment occurs from the nearest store with your full order in stock

If items are spread across multiple locations, same-day delivery may not be available.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on driving distance and order value. All delivery fees are non-refundable.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

All deliveries require age verification. The recipient must be 19 years of age or older.

A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery. Orders returned due to age restrictions will be subject to:

• A 50 percent restocking fee
• Non-refundable delivery fee

Missed Deliveries

Customers must be available to receive the delivery in person. If a delivery is missed and returned to us:

• You will be refunded the order total minus the delivery fee paid
• You may choose in-store pickup to avoid refund penalties

Tracking & Delivery PIN

We use Trexity for our same-day local deliveries. Tracking information and a delivery PIN will be sent via SMS.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
