We ship exclusively within Canada and requires customers to be of legal age, verified through Canada Post's ID and signature verification upon delivery. Orders placed before 9 am PST are shipped the same day, with free shipping offered on orders over $50 CAD. Orders under $50 incur a flat rate fee. 

Customers must ensure accurate address details, as incomplete addresses will result in order cancellations. Lost or delayed packages are handled by Canada Post, with customers encouraged to file claims directly with them. Returns due to incorrect addresses incur a 20% restocking fee.

We offer a warranty policy with returns handled on a case-by-case basis. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days for store credit, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are typically not accepted for e-juices unless due to an error by the company. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues. Defective items, such as those with LED display or charging port issues, may be covered. Returns incur a restocking fee, and all refunds are issued as store credit. Out-of-stock items will be refunded directly to the customer’s card.
