We offer a warranty policy with returns handled on a case-by-case basis. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days for store credit, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are typically not accepted for e-juices unless due to an error by the company. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues. Defective items, such as those with LED display or charging port issues, may be covered. Returns incur a restocking fee, and all refunds are issued as store credit. Out-of-stock items will be refunded directly to the customer’s card.
