Over a three-week I had purchased two brand new Vape kits smok Nord within a month and a half both of them had stopped working more prone to leaking when back into the store with the receipt to confirm the purchase and was told there was nothing they could do for me so it's a little disheartening it when I read a report that says that they stepped up and helped the customer out when I was basically told to contact the manufacturer that essentially told me to go pound sand I'm glad that one person received excellent service I was disappointed. And I hate being this customer that bitchez and writes reviews having worked retail for many years. I haven't been told to pound sand after spending over $100 in a store in a month why don't all customers receive the same service I guess is my concern why does one customer get super customer service and others don't

Had to return a unit that stopped working and without a question Lucky 8 Vapes stepped up to the plate! Love this place and the service and knowledge they provide. Best Vape shop in town by far! Keep up the great work however now I have even higher expectations for all of your team :)
