Recipients must be 19+ and provide valid ID upon delivery; failure to meet age requirements incurs a 50% restocking fee and non-refundable delivery fees. Missed deliveries are refunded minus delivery costs or can be picked up to avoid penalties.

Orders include SMS tracking updates, and while delays may occur, customer support is available for assistance. Lucky 8 Vapes is not responsible for delays after orders leave their premises.

Return Policy
